TEST KITS FOR DISTRIBUTION

Organizations, businesses, or individuals hosting special events or planning to distribute Covid Tests can directly request free test kits from the department, especially if they require quantities exceeding 300.

• To request test kits please email me directly at eugene.frid@phila.gov and I will promptly handle the ordering process for you.

• Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the date and time of your pick-up window. Orders can be picked up at 700 Packer Avenue or delivered to you depending on availability.

FREE FEDERAL COVID-19 TEST KITS

• The Federal government is offering free COVID-19 test kits that will be mailed to your home.

• Request these kits at USPS Test Kits or by calling 1-800-232-0233.

• Please note that this is a federal government program, and we won't be able to assist with shipping or confirmation of these orders.
